We are not working from a closed supplier list, and we are not limited to one category. If you distribute or manufacture in the United States, send the line sheet and we will tell you what we can move.
Cases and Pallets, Recurring
We buy on a repeating schedule rather than making one-time opportunistic purchases, and we are comfortable meeting standard distributor minimums.
We Distribute on Your Terms
Every brand and distributor we buy from sets the rules for how their product reaches the market. We accept those rules in writing at account opening and carry them all the way down to the retailer's shelf.
Your Guidelines, Documented
We take your full distribution policy at account opening — channels, pricing floors, territories. Whatever you set becomes a binding condition of our account, not a preference we weigh against margin.

Authorized Purchasing
General merchandise across consumer categories, bought in full cases and pallets from brand owners and brand-authorized distributors. No liquidation lots, no gray market, no diverted goods

Receiving and Break Bulk
Inventory received, inspected, and held at our South Florida facility. We break pallet quantities into case lots so smaller retailers can buy authentic product at workable volumes.

Trade Account Sales
Sales exclusively to businesses with a verified tax ID and resale certificate on file: wholesale stores, retail chains. Every account is reviewed before its first order, and we never sell to consumers.

We Verify the Line Before We Buy
We purchase only from the brand itself or from distributors the brand has authorized, and we ask for proof of that authorization rather than taking it on trust. Nothing enters our inventory from liquidators, closeout channels, or unidentified secondary sources.

Every line we carry traces back to the brand or to a distributor the brand has named. If we cannot confirm that link, we do not buy it — regardless of the margin on offer

These are our current focus areas, not our limits. Our category mix expands continuously as we build new supplier relationships and respond to demand from our retail customers. If your line falls outside the list above, we're still open to the conversation — send us your catalog and terms.

Payment on opening orders. Prepaid in full, by wire transfer or corporate credit card, whichever the supplier prefers. We do not request terms on a first order.

Receiving Capability.
We receive at our own warehouse in Miami with a forklift on site. Palletized freight comes off the truck on arrival — no liftgate, no breakdown at the dock, no driver waiting on a hand unload. Ship us full pallets.

Sourcing standard. We purchase only from brand owners and brand-authorized suppliers, domestic or international. We will provide our downstream customer profile on request and will not divert product outside agreed territory.

Territory. Our distribution territory is the United States. Domestic sale only — we do not re-export.

Manufacturer direct. We work with manufacturers in the United States for private label and direct-from-factory programs. All branded product is purchased from brand owners or brand-authorized suppliers.

Downstream distribution. Oslu Group LLC sells to retailers, wholesalers, and independent distributors operating in the United States. Where a brand has channel restrictions, we abide by them and can document compliance.

Opening orders are sized to test the line and confirm sell-through, then scaled based on performance. Tell us your minimums and case pack requirements and we'll build the order around them.
